However, it’s the complex details of the hardware that many of our clients aren’t aware of that truly make it easy to arrive at a solid branded flash drive project.

CFgear utilizes advanced, tested, premium-grade NAND Flash memory to enable faster Read/Write speeds, more stability of flash storage and overall longer life span of your custom flash drive product.

CFgear also tests the casing materials used to enclose and protect the NAND Flash memory. The quality of casing material is significant as it must be able to withstand normal wear and tear which is inevitable for a flash drive as it’s designed and intended to be mobile and “pocketable”.
Swivels, latches, clips, snaps, caps, metals, leathers, plastics…ALL materials pertaining to the casing are scrutinized and allowed in the ‘system” only after passing the “wear and tear” testing.
